You, O Lord, You’ve hit me where I live, at the core of my being. You’ve delivered me and set me free from the vice grip of sin; from the throngs of sexual immorality that surrounds and permeates pornography and the alluring images of flesh and the thoughts and mindset that ensue.
You’ve set my feet upon the Rock. You’ve covered me under the shadow of your wings!On Christ the solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand!
Addictions are bad habits that form a vice grip like hold on your heart and mind. The love, mercy and grace of God can and will deliver you and set you free from the chains that are binding you. He will lead you from the grip of guilt, shame and fear, to the grip of his unending grace.
Turn your heart and mind towards God and away from sin and the flesh. Repent and turn to Him. This is the one and only way to be set free from the sin that has ensnared you!
Psalms 139:11-12 NKJV
[11] If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,” Even the night shall be light about me; [12] Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You, But the night shines as the day; The darkness and the light are both alike to You.
